Job Description:
-
Safely guide and prep all vehicles into the tunnel
-
Verify the wash capabilities of all vehicles to ensure safety is maintained
-
Help maintain site beautification with lot sweeps, trash runs, and general indoor cleanings

Ensure vacuum area is stocked with towels
-
Work with PC based systems to process vehicles into our tunnel

You will work outside in all environments, on your feet for the duration of shifts (up to 8-10 hours)

Ability to handle customer satisfaction issues within company policies

Understand and articulate wash and membership options for customers
-
Educate customers on Unlimited Membership options in order to maintain and grow unlimited membership base
